Utilizing the dark, unknown nature of the woods and the fear all inhabitants have of it, I took a whimsical and moody approach to this theoretical of Into The Woods. Utilizing jewel tones and fabric manipulation to be a reflection of the woods around them, I strove to create dynamic silhouettes in a timeless manner to better convey the universal themes of responsibility of adulthood, facing the consequences of your actions and Intention vs. Impact that goes against the traditional narrative of the Grim's fairytales.
